What Does The Name, NEO39 Mean?
NEO means "dream" and the number 39 is the original location; 39 E Colorado. Neo39 is a dream come true but for many, Neo39 represents premium footwear, apparel and accessories in the heart of Old Pasadena, California.
Our Story
NEO Pasadena’s legacy store opened as NEO39 in 2000. It has maintained a reputation for being the “go-to” establishment for exclusive footwear and athletic apparel for over 20 years.
So much so, former Los Angeles Laker and Superstar Shaquille O’Neal debuted his line “The Dunk” at a very new NEO39 street-level store.
In 2016, the store brand evolved. Re-named NEO Pasadena, it moved downstairs to become a unique underground boutique.
To this day, NEO Pasadena has a loyal multi-generational local following and continues to offer a culture of innovation, and a desire to seek out the newest, most popular, and upcoming brands.
